How Ironic...

So for my article writing class I had to write a service piece on Love in college.
Not just regular old love, but how to deal with Long distance relationships.
Lmfaoooo my life is a f*cking tragedy.

FINDING LOVE IN COLLEGE: LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIPS

Long distance relationships are, without a doubt, the most difficult relationship to be apart of. This is especially true for a college student due to the everyday temptations we face. But if you follow these 4 easy steps you will learn how to make your long distance relationship a little easier.

1. Download ooVoo. The hardest part about being in a long distance relationship is the fact that you can't see each other everyday; ooVoo solves this problem. ooVoo is a downloadable computer program that allows you to video chat with anyone in the world. ooVoo even has a feature that allows you to leave video messages for your significant other when he or she isn't at their computer.

2. Send random, thoughtful gifts. Sending a random gift to your significant other isn't just a nice gesture. It shows that you were thinking about him/her and acted upon those thoughts. An example of a thoughtful gift would be a movie package. Get a box and put your significant others favorite DVD in. Fill it with his/her favorite popcorn, and candy. You can even put a cute picture of yourself in!

3. DON'T text all day. One of the biggest mistakes students make during their long distance relationship is constant contact. Texting your significant other all day isn't sweet or romantic. It's ANNOYING.

4. Trust them...or at least try. Constantly accusing your significant other of cheating will most definitely lead to a break up. You're both in college and there will always be temptation. You have to trust that your significant other is as committed as you are. If you find it extremely difficult to do so then you have to seriously ask yourself why you're in a relationship with you someone you absolutely don't trust.
