XV is my personal fave on this list, mostly because his style is a bit remniscent of K.Cudi. He even has a song (also the name of his mixtape)Vizzy Zone which is a rip of Kid Cudi's Cudi Zone. He's a rapper from, you'll never believe it, Wichita Kansas!
